For the rice: follow the instructions on the package.
While the rice is cooking, quarter some tomatoes and feta cheese. Put the tomatoes and some olive oil (I like to use a rather large amount of olive oil, to get a nice sauce). Let it cook until the tomatoes are soft and mash them with a fork. Add salt, pepper and herbs (basil, parsley, ... whatever you like). When the rice is done, add the tomato sauce and the sliced feta. I like to add some rucola in the end as well.
